I once heard someone say that birding sneaks up on you. One day you’re just living your normal 30-something year old life and then you notice birds. They’re there your entire life, just hanging out… watching you… singing to you. But you never truly notice them. Until that one day when you do, and then - for some - it’s game over! That was me. While I wouldn’t really consider myself a “birder”, my appreciation for them has grown and I have learned to love watching their behaviors and trying to capture them on camera.

Photographing birds has quickly become one of my favorite things to do and is the next best thing to playing a round of Wingspan with my friends.
